Testicular and Penile Tumor Center

Testicular cancer is a rare disease but the most common malignant tumor of the young man. The excellent cure rates of this tumor disease are mainly based on compliance with the sometimes complex stadia-adapted treatment guidelines. A close interdisciplinary collaboration between urology, oncology, radio-oncology as well as pathology, radiology and vascular, visceral and thoracic surgery is crucial to achieve the best possible diagnosis, therapy and aftercare. The USZ's Certified Testicular and Penile Tumor Center, with its unique interdisciplinary testicular tumor consultation in Switzerland and the interdisciplinary Tumor Board, provides the platform for optimal care of testicular cancer patients.
