ETHZ EPFL SUMMER SCHOOL

ETH SUMMER SCHOOL

NEW FRONTIERS IN EXTRACELLULAR MATRIX RESEARCH

From regeneration to immunology, mechanics and soft robotics
September 9-13th 2018
Balgrist University Hospital, Zürich, Switzerland

ECMatrix full program 2018.pdf

This ECMatrix summer school aims to bring together key opinion leaders with a focus on giving in-depth insights into current innovations and translational directions of the extracellular matrix research.

We have selected four main established and emerging areas of investigation that we believe will shape the future of ECM biology field (namely mechano-, immuno-, regenerative, and responsive-matrix). The scientific program is geared towards an interdisciplinary audience from life sciences, chemistry, engineering and clinical medicine.

Additionally, workshops on professional skills (e.g. scientific publishing) and industrial networking are planned. Participants will have the chance to present their research during a 3-minute flash talk and/or a poster session.  Several social activities in are organized to facilitate communication and networking between the participants!

14th CHARLES RODOLPHE BRUPBACHER SYMPOSIUM 2019

We cordially invite you to the 4th  Charles Rodolphe Brupbacher Symposium on "Breakthroughs in Cancer Research and Therapy", organized jointly by the Charles Rodolphe Brupbacher Foundation and the University of Zurich.

The symposium will be held from the 30th of January to the 1st of February 2019 in Zurich - PLEASE SAVE THE DATE. The event will be hosted at the ETH Zurich Zentrum at its Auditorium Maximum. The posters beer and pretzels session will be held at the central hall of the historic main building.
